VINTAGE 1990s VIVIENNE TAM BLACK CRINKLE CREPE BLOUSE VELVET 1 S M

This is a very pretty blouse! By Vivienne Tam, ladies size 1 which is about a S/M.  Made of silky black polyester crepe that has been crinkled with black velvet trim at the collar, cuffs, bottom hem band and covered buttons.  Straight boxy cut and hip length, almost like a tunic. Measures about 25” across at the underarms, and about 32”total length at the center back. New, no tags, no flaws.
