VINTAGE 70's Handmade EMBROIDERED FLOWERS SHAWL CAPE - Small

I LOVE LOVE this!!! Vibrant blue and green cape / shawl that appears to be embroidered. No brand and likely handmade. Great condition with no holes or stains. One of the poms at the end of the tie is missing some string. Also could be worn reversible. Slits for arms if you want. This is very petite so please look at measurements in photos.
