VINTAGE 70s Handmade Empire Waist Velvet Maxi Dress

This is a beautiful vintage piece but as expected has a couple flaws, there's a small hole in the shoulder sleeve that I pictured, and the other flaw is that the hem is raw and hasn't been sewn. some of the fabric inside used for sewing has this "raw hem" feature too which also led to a lot of stray threads which I've tried attaching a picture of, but it isn't visible from the outside of the dress and it isn't actually the stitching that holds the dress together that's damaged. This would fit an XS to xxs
