This is my father in law’s rain coat from back in the late 60’s/early 70’s, when he was in the USMC. They are in EXCELLENT condition (I just removed them from the dry cleaner’s garment bag). It says that it’s a size 38… 🤷🏽♀️

@outdoorguy I checked, and it does not. It says, Men’s Raincoat in Army green, w/ cleaning and care instructions. I hope that helps:)
