VINTAGE 70’s YOUTH GUILD Blue Velvet skirt

This is an absolutely stunning Youth Guild skirt from the 1970’s. Blue velvet with black embroidered floral print. Fringe on the bottom that is almost like tassels. It’s in almost perfect condition. Two small holes on the inside of the waist next to the clasps. They can’t be seen from the outside. This vintage beauty is almost flawless. No size tag so I measured. Flat the waist is 12 1/2 inches so it’s a 25 and the length is 38 inches.
