VINTAGE MAXI SKIRT carnival stripe 1970's 1980's Sateen striped maxi skirt, true vintage from the late 1970's/early 1980's era. Weight and quality similar to taffeta. High waisted with horizontal pleats at front, with side two hook closing, side pockets and more horizontal pleats at the end of skirt finished of with cream lace hem.
