VINTAGE 80s Act 1 New York Merlot Polka Dot Dress

This dress is in EXCELLENT condition. It is lightweight and super comfortable. No tags depicting size or material, but can be worn as an oversized XS, up to a Large (see measurements to ensure fit) and is definitely 100% silk. The color the dress itself is a deep red, with tiny green allover polka dots (see photo). Measurements (laying flat, already doubled): Bust: 35" Waist: 23.5"-3" Hips: open Shoulder: 14" Sleeve Length: 12" Skirt Length: 29" Dressform is a modern size 4, with a 34" bust.
