Vintage 80’s Albert Nipon Black V-Neck Ruffle Party Dress. Size 10. Fits like a medium. Length - approx 47” Underarm to Underarm - 17” Waist - 29”. Great overall condition with the exception of a few minor scuffs in the fabric, not really noticeable especially since the fabric is also textured.
