VINTAGE 80's Papell Petites Blue Floral Dress Size 6 Long Sleeve & Shoulderpads Amazing condition really looks unworn. Included is matching belt which is removable. Size fits more like current 4 rather than the 6 on the tag so please check measurements to make sure it will fit prior to ordering. Shoulderpads can also be removed. Vibrant colors and great shape. Bust is about 34" around with just under 30" at waist and about 40" at hip due to pleats. Shoulder seams measure about 17" apart with about 21" sleeve length. Dress is about 41" tall top to bottom overall, about 15" from shoulder to waist and about 26" from waist to bottom hem. Perfect pre-owned condition! JHB 17
