I see it is a pencil skirt but looks like it may have a bit of room in hip area. If so, may i have width across at widest point please. Also, was skirt altered at hem, perhaps using a leather adhesive? Ty! michelle

@mlc7729 hi, skirt is approximately 19” at hip. I don’t think it’s been altered, it’s lined and you can see stiches. I’ll post a pic of the inside at hem.
