VINTAGE 90's Black Velvet Banana Republic Button Down Midi Skirt - size 4

This is a true vintage 90's banana republic skirt! It's a midi, almost maxi (depending on your height it could go down to your ankles. I'm around 5'9" and it goes to my mid calf) black velvet skirt that buttons all the way from the waist to the bottom from the front. Original buttons. No defects - this was extremely well-kept. Reason for selling: I love it but unfortunately I'm a bit too big for it.
