This cute three button blouse has bright red and black stripes and is meant to be worn over something but if you tie it in the center and wear it as crop top it makes a fab evening look. Loop style buttons. This item has shoulder pads but they are easily removable if you dislike them. Size 30 W. I’d say it’s more of a 2X . This item vintage, has been washed and does not have tags.
