VINTAGE 90s JouJou heartbreaker cutoff denim shorts size 9/10 *read description

I believe these were jeans at one time and made into shorts. The length of each leg is slightly off. The inseam on the right leg measures 12.5” and the left is 12.25”. There is also a light stain on the right leg. Shorts measure approximately 13” across and 11” rise. All measurements taken while lying flat.
