VINTAGE 90s NAVY Blue long evening dress with embroidery

I bought this dress back in the 90's because I loved it. But I never actually wore it . Now it isn't my size any more and it would be wishful thinking to suppose I would. As fashionable today as it was back then. Navy blue Georgette over underlay. With empire waistline, satin ribbon under the bust and embroidery. Zipper at back. It was hard for me to capture the navy blue. My camera just picks it up as blackish. But it's navy. I have included a picture of a model showing the style, but not wearing this exact dress. flatlay measurements pit to pit 19" under bust 16" hips 23" overall length 57"
