Up for sale is a gorgeous little vintage '90s / Y2K black velvet choker necklace featuring a richly encrusted antiqued silvery charm with a heart motif, clear stones, and iridescent stones—NONE are missing! Necklace closes with a lobster clasp and extension, and measures 12.5-15.5" depending on where you clip it. Velvet is 1/2" wide, and charm drops roughly 1.25" from the band (not included the encrusted hanger). Great Goth / Prom piece! Please feel free to ask questions!
