VINTAGE ALTUS SWISS MOVEMENT LADIES WATCH. Gold Plated bracelet band

This is probably 50's or 60's. I dont know very much about watches so I googled a few things. I found that the Americ Metal emblem engraved on band means Gold plated. The band is in excellent shape as is the watch Just dont know if it can be made to work. I found all sorts of prices on worth from about $30 to hundreds from other seller sites so I went towards the low end. There is a series of numbers on back of case.
