This is a Deep Vermillion Red vintage two-piece skirt suit by Ann Taylor, fabricated using a lightweight tight-knit crepe. And it screams sophistication! The attention to detail includes contouring seams that hug the body’s curves, darts at the bust, matching red lining. A jewel neckline adorns the jacket which has a center placket covering the dyed-to-match buttons. The saucy matching skirt has separate layers of tight accordion pleats creating animation when worn. Light shoulder padding…just enough to improve posture and give you a nice crisp line to the upper body.
Ann Taylor is a well-established American women's clothing brand, known for its classic and feminine styles that cater primarily to career-oriented women. Founded in 1954 by Richard Liebeskind and Joe Zunamon in New Haven, Connecticut. The name "Ann Taylor" was inspired by a best-selling dress in Liebeskind's father's store, embodying an image of sophistication and tailored elegance.
