Features metallic speckled wool threading, front button up and a chic side neck tie. Vintage All Saints brand but still in great condition and was just unpacked from storage. closetcloseout @mkeeley2021 it was designed as an attached piece to tie around the neck, but you can also just untie it to lay flat.
