VINTAGE American Bazaar Rain Jacket Cape w Hood & Belt Small khaki beige Spring

This beautiful cape jacket has an oversized fit and buttons at the neck. Sleeves can be worn cuffed or uncuffed. The only notable flaw is a small rip at the seam on the inside collar near the tag (see photo).
