Could fit smaller or larger. I’m 5’1”, 30D chest, 26” waist. THIS DRESS IS TOO LONG!! Not a dress for petite women! Best for someone 5’6” or taller! (Shorter if you want to wear big heels). The dress fits me in the chest and waist although it could definitely accommodate a larger bust. There is also some give in the waist, it is cut on the bias.
