VINTAGE BILLYCOAT dress coat

This vintage Billi by BILLYCOAT was made in the USA and I paid $300 for it, 30 years ago. I stopped working in the corporate world, so in the closet this coat stayed. It has a lot of life left in it, if you or a tailor can make a few minor repairs. It has a few stains on it that a dry cleaners can remedy (see pictures below) and the bottom needs re-hemming. The interior lining has a rip (also pictured). When it's on you, no one would notice these things, but I want to fully disclose that this coat has imperfections and then price it accordingly. The same coat today would probably range $600-800. There is no size on it, but the approximate measurements are pictured below. I'd say it fits like a Large or XL.
