VINTAGE BLACK VELOUR VELOUR HAT WITH VEIL 1850'S

this is a very nice black velour netted and adorned with white and black feathers. The velour and feathers are in great shape but the netting has a hole in the front, it will need to be changed out for a new one. I don't believe it can be repaired, unless you can sew really good ! This is just a little sit on top hat so there is no size on the hat. no markings what so ever. Thank you for looking , I do believe it to be from the 1950;s. Oh and none of my items smoke !
