Size is based on measurements and similar coats. Coat is in wonderful vintage condition. zip out 100% wool liner is like new / pristine condition Coat interior lining shows visible piling shown in pictures. But no rips or stains. Coat exterior no wear / minimal marks shown in last two pictures one back of collar and line back by pleat. leather buckles on wrist and belt show wear - pictured back pleat has button when unbuttoned will add more flare or make coat a bit more roomie Coat was well taken care of. No odor / fresh / all buttons present / great color / classic preppy style /
