VINTAGE B&W Polkadot Swing dress

This is a super cute black and white polkadot dress from forever 21. as you can see by the tag it is a vintage style item and is posted as size large. I would say that it fits more of a medium, or a smaller large if that makes sense! Never worn out, just tried on and didn’t like the way it fit on me!
