VINTAGE Black 70s style homemade dress

this is a black, handmade, lined, vintage dress, with classic 70s puff sleeves, buttoned cuffs and a very wide neck. the thread used to make this is a dark blue for some reason, but it's not super noticeable. zippered back, and it feels (and probably is) like polyester. slight empire waist measurements pit to pit: 18.5 bust: 18 smallest point (under bust but not quite at the waist): 16.5 hips: 21-21.5 shoulder to hem: 39.5
