VINTAGE Black Velour Cocktail Dress SZ Med

Another family item pulled from storage so not quite sure what decade this was from. Made by Georges Marciano USA Sz Med. Still has dry clean tag on it. Needs buttons on inside to attach straps as booby pins being used. It is 34" from top of strap to hem. Classic old styles that never go out of style. Vintage stuff is great and this piece would look great on the the more slender side body.
