VINTAGE Blondie and Me cream dress size 7/8

This is one of the coolest dresses I have seen in a while. I googled the brand and it is vintage from the 90s. It’s a linen blend in like a cream stone color. It has a super sexy crisscross open back with a zipper and the front has a slit down by the leg as seen in the pictures. The dress says it’s a size 78 which I am assuming is a junior size and probably the equivalent of like a size Medium for women. The bust measure 15 inches , the waist 13 inches and the hips are 17 inches.
