VINTAGE Blue Britches corduroy skirt

VINTAGE Blue Britches brand blue corduroy skirt. Hits just below the knee. High waisted. Tag says its a 9/10 but fits like a 2. It was a button closure on side that create a pocket. Other side has built in pocket. This has a tear in the seam but doesn't go all the way through. Other than that it is good used condition. See pictures for measurements. See pictures for details.
