shannonbaloney @m_honnold hi!! So measuring the thigh just below the inseam is 10.5” flat, so 21” all around, and the hips just under the pockets is 19.5” flat so 39” all around :) there isn’t a tag that had the type of material, but it’s a no-stretch lightweight linen type. Hope this helps!
