VINTAGE Byer Too! Navy Shimmery Long Gown, Spaghetti Straps, Stretchy, Size Sm

VINTAGE 90’s navy blue dress with subtle shimmery floral pattern, size small, by Byer Too! Super comfortable and stretchy. Made in the U.S.A.! I wore this to my friend’s wedding and it worked great! FYI, you can see in one of my pics that I tightened the straps and sewed this down. You can totally remove those stitches if you want more arm room, super easy!
