VINTAGE COCKTAIL DRESS 1980's does 1920's XS S

1980's dress with 1920's inspiration! Silky black poly with great movement. Dropped waist, fitted on the top, and flippy skirt. The back is actually a little bit lower than it looks in the picture... I had a black cami on underneath, so you can't see that it goes a little lower than it looks. The design looks beaded, but it's actually made of little glitter dots. From "Glenrob", excellent condition, clean and ready to wear! I'm about a US 2 on top and 4 on bottom, and this was a perfect fit. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have that fits well. I have this listed in a silvery-gray as well!
