Candie's brand 1990's light gray peplum fit and flare style, mid length jacket. Solid color, with a bit of sheen to the outer material and a super flattering fit. Built in belted look at waist with large gray buttons down front. Bottom of jacket has ruffled layer to emphasize shape through hips. Bottom hem falls below hip.
