VINTAGE Circa 2008 Angie Ruffled with Beaded Accents Dress.

Wore this one time to a Gala event with my SO. It has been packed in my someday closet and I finally got into it again but I think it should go to someone who will love it AND wear it. It came with mysterious black dots around the edging of the ruffles and I think it was for the references to line up the ruffles. Can’t see it when it’s worn. Small pinhole dot on the right side. For being vintage it’s in extraordinary condition. Has some threads and a few loose beads.
