VINTAGE Clarks Mary Jane Closed-Toe Loafers 7M Brown Leather Fit Like 9W

I believe this might be a mens shoe as it is labeled a 7 medium but fits like a womens 9wide. I am also unsure if the bottom of the shoe has been replaced but the souls look brand new. The shoes look to be from the 60s or 70s.
