This beautiful bright blue vintage sequined dress is truly a treasure! Aside from the top lines part, it’s sheer and can be worn as a tunic over leggings or as a dress over a slip. Super cool 70s vibes — think studio 54. The jagged hemline and v neck give an edgy glam vibe.
