VINTAGE✌️ Contemporary Classics Polkadot Ruffle Blouse

This vintage short sleeve blouse by Contemporary Classics is beautifully made with 100% thick polyester fabric. It features seven buttons down the front, and if they’re all buttoned up, the top would appear to have a turtleneck with ruffles on the top and down the front on the chest. Based on the brand and the style, I would guess this is from the 70s or 80s. It is in perfect condition on the outside, with very, very slight discoloration inside (see the last picture).
