VINTAGE Cross Townsend Medalist Ballpoint Pen

I bought these pens at Cross in Rhode Island 25 years ago. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep who states that the only difference between my pen and the current offering (Model 502TW) is the thickness of the shaft, i.e., the current Townsend Medalist pen is thicker in circumference. My pens are slimmer and no longer manufactured. Therefore, my pens are arguably a collectible - brand new in box. Polished chrome with 23K gold plated trim. Cross website is out of stock. But the Customer Rep says that when available, the current version will list for $169. You can peruse other websites where you will find prices all over $100 - $150. My pen is new and a vintage collectible for $79. I have 3 of these.
