VINTAGE DRESS-BROWN/CREAM FLORAL-size 3

Vintage design brown & cream floral dress by Speechless, size 3. This amazing piece features light padding in the bust, tie-back neck, tie-back waist in the back, and crinoline underneath near the bottom of the skirt to give it that classic vintage flounce! There is a slight yellowing stain under the bust, see pix. Measurements are PTP 13” with some stretch thanks to the ruched panel in the back, length from the clavicle area is approx 32”
