Beautiful skirt by Diane Freis. It is 88% silk and 12% wool. The fabric and pleating make it wonderfully flowy and breezy. The jewels and flowers are a beautiful print. The elastic waistband is loose. It is not as stretchy as it once was. There is just a little stretch left.
