VINTAGE Drop Waist Dress Mini Dress/ Y2K/ SZ XL/Fox Girls

Hi Going through my closet to downsize after a big move...so many vintage finds....this has only been worn a few times..... Looks funny on the Mannequin lol... It's a Mini drop waist dress and it looks long on the picture on the Mannequin.... See photo of it hanging......I actually wore it pulled up some so it puffed up on the top and the elastic kept it tight...to make it shorter so to speak...looks really cute that way.....can wear over a pair of white bike shorts like that and it still covers the bum.....just a suggestion..... Drop Waist looks good on many body types... Fox Girls brand...size XL but could fit a Large too.... because of the loose kinda fit on the top...pics don't do it justice...it is cute.... Great shape ..would consider it vintage as it was early ... middle 2000's.. Thanks
