VINTAGE!!! EXPRESS mini dress from the 90’s! in Perfect condition!

This dress was purchased in the early 90’s from Express and worn once. It has been well preserved since. It is still in fashion and a fun pattern! Dress it with some knee high boots! It is Rayon and Polyester with a Nylon lining. True to size Medium. It has flare sleeves and is an A-line mini so it is slightly fitted at the waist. I am having a hard time letting this go as I’ve kept it for so long, but it’s time to give it to someone that will love it as much as I do! It’s so cute and flattering on!!!! I used to call it my Olive dress!
