VINTAGE Elie Tahari Sequins and Silk Dress

This was and still is one of my favorite dresses I have ever purchased from Ellie Tahari. It features a brown sequins with a flowing silk draping over. The top is clasps on around the neckline. It's very 70's inspired and flowing. Size Small
