VINTAGE Forever 21 Twist Black Satin and Tulle Full Skirt size XS Gothic Ballet

Vintage in like new condition. This was worn a few times and the waist was taken in but can be let out if you need to. This is vintage from almost twenty years ago forever 21 Twist ballerina skirt. Black Satin with black tulle netting and ribbon trim. Full Skirt with layers and poof. Above knee length size XS but ran a little larger. Shiny black beautiful skirt very Gothic Lolita and looks like real silk.
