LIKE NEW VINTAGE GOODLAD OF PHILADELPHIA HOLIDAY DRESS. Size 12M. Black velvet with a cranberry red floral skirt. Crinoline ruffle underneath to give fullness to the dress. This dress shows no signs of wear! EXCELLENT CONDITION! No rips, tears, pulls or stains! The crinoline ruffle underneath is soft (not scratchy!). It ties around the back, with three button closure!
