VINTAGE Graffiti Letters U of M (Michigan) adjustable hat

Can’t find the year this was released, but it’s by a brand called Top of the World. Top of hat is black while rim is blue. Classic ‘block M’ indicative of Michigan, with the ‘M’ yellow (maize) with a blue border.
