Tag says size 11/12 but it’s vintage so you know how that goes… I’ve listed it as a small based on measurements and fit. The bodice has a button front closure and between the second to last button, and the last button is a piece of hook and loop to keep it from gaping. The bottom button is decorative and there is no button hole.
