VINTAGE Haband Button Up Floral Blouse

This is a Vintage Haband piece. It has a unique collar, please see the pictures, with a ruffle like effect. It's a sheer like blouse but doesn't need a blouse or bralette underneath. Can be sophisticated for work or for casual. Long sleeve with cuff buttons. Made of 100% polyester. Was worn very little and preserved in my childhood home like it was in a time capsule. Gorgeous!
