VINTAGE Henkel & Grossé (unsigned) Mid Century Floral Necklace & Clip Earrings

I believe this incredible set is not only an incredible RARE find but an unsigned necklace and GH stamped clip on earrings from German designers Henkel & Grosse. It looks similar to pieces they made for Dior in the 50’s. I’d date this 40’s to 50’s in lovely vintage condition and an INCREDIBLE find for serious vintage jewelry collectors. Beautiful gold tone metal with sparkling rhinestones the clip on earrings are approximately 1.5” and the necklace is 18”L with a 3.75” drop. The oversized gold flowers and 3 dimensional metal work are simply stunning. Henkel & Grossé were known for fine craftsmanship, the company began manufacturing fashion jewelry around 1930. While the original factory was destroyed during World War II, the Grossé family rebuilt in 1945. This company also made jewelry for many different fashion houses, including Schiaparelli and Lanvin. But the most notable partnership began in 1955 with Christian Dior, which lasted exclusively for 50 years. Please feel free to search this out. As I cannot say with certainty it is an early Henkel & Grossé. I can find that it is stated they used “GH” as a stamp on early pieces and that the metal work is incredibly similar to very rare Dior pieces made in the 50’s-60’s by Grossé. This set is elegant, breathtaking and such a rare find. For its age, it is in beautiful vintage condition. And if you want to capture everyone’s attention I cannot think of a more stunning statement set as this.
