VINTAGE ILGWU Velvet Polka dot long sleeve mini dress

RARE International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) 1960s dress in very good condition. The dress features velvet dots on a darker green background and has a slightly off center ruched neckline. Zipper back closure, snaps near shoulders to hold bra straps in place. Elastic sleeves, lining underneath skirt. There are some loose strings and minor wear as to be expected with vintage dresses but it is still a BEAUTIFUL dress that hits me mid thigh (I am 6’). USA made. Dry clean only. There is no materials tag. Dress does NOT have a size tag. I am a size small and think it is likely a size S.
