VINTAGE Ivory Blouse with Buttons and Lace Ruffles, Size Medium

This true vintage blouse is so cute! The ruffled lace, pearl-like buttons and lace lined collar bring out all the feminine touches. Note the elastic towards the bottom is too brittle and has no more stretch, but from what I can tell this can easily be removed with no damage to the fabric. There is a photo showing slight discoloration to some of the elastic stitching, but it doesn’t appear to be on the fabric itself. Holler in the comments with any questions!
